FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
In a perfect world, your photos would be back within a few days! But as a mom of two young kids, it's important to know that family will come first. My timeline often reflects this. That said, I aim to have sessions edited and delivered within a 2-3 week timespan, with sneak peek photos delivered 1-2 days after photoshoot.
How many photos can I expect back?
Approximately 50 photos per 15 minutes of shooting.
Do you travel for photos?
Yes! Absolutely! As long as there is advance notice, I am willing to travel to whatever location you are dreaming of. Please note, travel fees will be applicable to places outside my immediate domain (currently Southeastern Kansas)
Can I bring props or pets to my shoot?
The answer will ALWAYS be yes! I want to make this session special to you! So if there is a momento you want captured, or a beloved furry family member, I will never say no!
Is is obligatory to have my session publicly posted?
As these are the moments most sacred and vulnerable to you, you won't ever need to worry that I will take advantage of that! There will be an optional waiver offered at sessions that you can choose to decline. As a mother of two, I will NOT post anything with your children unless there is complete transparency and consent given! So if you aren't comfortable having your pictures out there, do not feel pressured or nervous! These photos are for you. You get to decide what happens with them!
What's the process?
1. Connecting
This is done by contacting me directly or through the website! You may receive a questionnare that helps me personalize the session and get to know your party members better!
2. Session Day
We will arrange a location usually a week prior to the session date, and will meet during the alloted time. Any cancellations will need to be made at least 2hrs before session booked time.
3. Sneak Peeks
As you anticipate all the wonderful photos to come, you will receive at least a minimum of 4-6 photos complimentary. This is the time for feedback!
4. Photos & Prints
Once all photos are edited, I will send you a link to the gallery! Please note, photos will not be released until full payment for session is made. Also, photographer will not send or release any RAW files, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to booking.
